Information to shipping costs, delivery times and payment methods
Costs of shipping are charged additionally to the price of the articles depending on the weight.
The calculated shipping costs are shown before the final placement of your order.
Shipping options
You have the following shipping options:
Book sending:
This shipping option can be accepted by us only for pure book sendings.
Standard shipping:
This shipping option has to be chosen imperatively for orders of climbing accessories (brushes, chalk, handcare, ...), Bolt-Products products, or mixed orders of books and climbing accessories / Bolt-Product products!
For express shipping please contact us by E-Mail. In this case we charge the normal local prices for express sendings. In this case we will send you a new invoice by E-Mail.
Depending on weight and country-zone the availability of shipping options may vary. If there is offered no shipping option for your country, please contact us by E-Mail.
In the following table you will find the shipping costs as well as the delivery times to foreign countries which you have to add to the delivery time given at the respective article.

If you should order more than one article with one order, for which are given different delivery times, we will send the goods together if not agreed otherwise with you. In this case for the sending of the goods together the delivery time is valid which is given for the article with the longest delivery time of your order.
Information for the calculation of the date of delivery
When the payment option payment in advance is used the period for the delivery starts on the day after the payment order is placed at the transferring bank respectively if other payment methods are used on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday day at the place of delivery then the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Payment
We offer the following payment options:
In advance/Bank-wire-transfer:
In January 2008 a common European system of payment called SEPA was introduced. Now it is possible to do bank-wire-transfers from all European countries to the same conditions as within your own country by using IBAN (Internation Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). You will find our IBAN and BIC on the invoice.
If the SEPA-system is not used, all bank charges have to be paid by the customer. We can't accept shared bank charges.
PayPal:
PayPal:
If you choose the payment option "PayPal" you can pay with all possible payment instruments (e. g. also credit card) by using PayPal. During the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal where you can create a PayPal-account (if you don't have one already) and pay your order. After the transfer of the full amount to our account the article(s) will be sent to you.
Shipping of the goods
The ordered goods will be sent to you as soon as the full amount is booked on our account. Please note that we do not take over any bank charges or customs duties.
