You have the following shipping options:

 

This shipping option can be accepted by us only for pure book sendings.

For express shipping please contact us by E-Mail. In this case we charge the normal local prices for express sendings. In this case we will send you a new invoice by E-Mail.

 

Depending on weight and country-zone the availability of shipping options may vary. If there is offered no shipping option for your country, please contact us by E-Mail.
 

Shipping costs and delivery times
In the following table you will find the shipping costs as well as the delivery times to foreign countries which you have to add to the delivery time given at the respective article.
 

In the shop the following country zones are used to calculate the shipping costs:

Zone 1: Germany

Zone 2: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary

Zone 3: Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Rumania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Ireland

Zone 4: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom

Zone 5: Rest of Europe (without EU, Switzerland. Liechtenstein, United Kingdom)

Zone 6: USA, Canada (not available at the moment)

Zone 7: Australia, Japan (not available at the moment)

* Customers from outside of the European Union don't have to pay VAT.

 
If you should order more than one article with one order, for which are given different delivery times, we will send the goods together if not agreed otherwise with you. In this case for the sending of the goods together the delivery time is valid which is given for the article with the longest delivery time of your order.
 
Information for the calculation of the date of delivery
When the payment option payment in advance is used the period for the delivery starts on the day after the payment order is placed at the transferring bank respectively if other payment methods are used on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday day at the place of delivery then the next working day takes the place of such a day.
 

 

Payment

 

We offer the following payment options:

 

In advance/Bank-wire-transfer:

In January 2008 a common European system of payment called SEPA was introduced. Now it is possible to do bank-wire-transfers from all European countries to the same conditions as within your own country by using IBAN (Internation Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). You will find our IBAN and BIC on the invoice.

If SEPA Instant Payment is used, your order can be processed immediately after the payment.
Features SEPA Instant Payment:
- By law available for all bank accounts capable of SEPA payments
- Is processed on 365 days/24 hours within about 10s
- The amount is available immediately on the payee's account
- Maximum allowed costs are the costs of a SEPA-standard-wire-transfer

If the SEPA-system is not used, all bank charges have to be paid by the customer. We can't accept shared bank charges.

PayPal:

If you choose the payment option "PayPal" you can pay with all possible payment instruments (e. g. also credit card) by using PayPal. During the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal where you can create a PayPal-account (if you don't have one already) and pay your order. After the transfer of the full amount to our account the article(s) will be sent to you.
